Employment Pass (EP) & Professional Visit Pass (PVP)

The Employment Pass (EP) is the primary work authorisation for foreign professionals employed by Malaysian-registered companies, while the Professional Visit Pass (PVP) caters to short-term visiting experts and technical trainers. The application routing and approval process depends heavily on your industry and MIDA status:

• Manufacturing & MIDA-Status Companies (MES Framework): Effective 16 March 2026, companies in the manufacturing sector or holding MIDA status are processed through the centralized MIDA Expatriate System (MES). We manage your submissions via the Xpats Gateway, which directly integrates with MIDA's InvestMalaysia platform. This provides a highly streamlined, 15-working-day end-to-end digital workflow that covers company registration, expatriate post approval, EP/PVP pass approval, and ePASS endorsement under one roof.
• Standard Corporate Applications (Other Sectors): For companies outside MIDA's purview, we manage the standard regulatory routing. This involves ESD Company Registration, securing mandatory position approvals from the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR / JTKSM) via the Xpats Gateway, and executing the final EP or PVP applications via the ESD portal.
• Lifecycle Management: Regardless of your sector, we handle the complete lifecycle, including pass renewals, amendments, cancellations, and the concurrent processing of Dependant Passes.

Malaysia Tech Entrepreneur Programme (MTEP)

Facilitated by MDEC, MTEP is designed to attract global tech founders and entrepreneurs to establish their startups in Malaysia. We assist with strategic positioning and application management for both the 1-year pass for new entrepreneurs and the 5-year pass for established founders.

Residence Pass – Talent (RP-T)

Malaysia Investor Pass

Effective 1 April 2025, the Malaysia Investor Pass provides a six-month (extendable to 12 months) multiple-entry pass for foreign investors exploring or managing investments in Malaysia. This offers a significantly longer permitted stay with a rapid processing time for eligible investors.

• Eligibility assessment (new investment, existing operations, or market exploration).

Digital Nomad Visa (DE Rantau Pass)

For international remote workers and digital professionals wishing to live and work from Malaysia, the DE Rantau Pass is issued for an initial duration of 3 to 12 months, and is renewable for one additional 12-month period. We manage the full application process.

Malaysia Premium Visa Programme (PVIP)

Designed for global tycoons and wealthy investors, the PVIP offers a 20-year "Residency Through Investment" pass (renewed every 5 years), allowing participants to reside, work, study, and invest in Malaysia without age restrictions.

• Structuring of the RM 1 million fixed deposit requirement.
• Preparation and verification of proof of offshore income (minimum RM 40,000/month or RM 480,000/year).

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)

The MM2H programme offers a renewable multiple-entry visa for foreign citizens wishing to retire or reside long-term in Malaysia. With recently updated tiered structures (Platinum, Gold, and Silver), the financial, property purchase, and physical presence requirements vary significantly.
